📣 Educators, support staff and SEND professionals — join us for Bedford TeachMeet 2026!
This year’s theme is ‘Belonging Matters – Inclusive Practice for SEND Learners’.
Co-hosted by our very own Laura Fordham, Deputy Head at Bedford Academy, this free practitioner-led... event will bring together educators from across Bedfordshire and beyond to share ideas, strategies and real-world approaches that help learners with SEND thrive.
Expect fast-paced, practical presentations covering topics including:
✔️ EBSA, behaviour and attendance
✔️ Adaptive teaching and inclusive classroom practice
✔️ Literacy and communication support
✔️ Assistive technology and AI for inclusion
✔️ Psychologically-informed approaches to SEND
There will also be opportunities to network, collaborate and continue conversations during the relaxed “TeachEat” session.
Whether you’re a teacher, TA, SENCO, leader or just passionate about inclusive education, there’s something for everyone.
